Handle Test: Loaded with 60 kilos, then lifted and held for 20 seconds. And repeated 10,000 times.
Drop Test: Loaded with 20 kilos and dropped from a 60cm height.
Running Test: Loaded with 20 kilos and run continuously for 25 km.
Lifting Test: Loaded with 20 kilos, then lifted and held for 20 seconds. Repeated 500 times.
Tumble Test: The case is loaded up with up to 18 kilos and placed inside a rotating chamber full of obstacles; designed to maximize high drops and hard impacts – simulating rough handling during transport. The test is run for 25 cycles.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
To arrange a complimentary return, please submit a Return Request by:
- Logging into your Globite account. If you do not have a Globite account, please create one using the email address on your purchase so that you previous purchases link to your account.
- Go to the Orders Tab
- Click on the Order #, and choose Request Return
- Click on Refund Policy to ensure that your return meets our returns conditions
- Select a Reason for the Return, and Click Request Return
- Our Team will review your Return Request and Reply within 1 business day
For Returns on items purchased more then 30 days ago, please contact enquiries@globite.com
Returns are done via Australia Post. We will provide you with a return shipping label to print at home and apply to the package. If you do not have a printer, Australia Post will be able to print the label for you - simply show them the email you received from us with the barcode to scan.
Once your order has been returned to our warehouse, and we have confirmed it meets the conditions outlined in our return policy, we will process your refund against the original payment method used to purchase the goods.
You will receive email confirmation that your return has been processed. Please allow up to 7 days for the funds to appear against your account.

I bought this little beauty at half price during the Black Friday sales. It’s for a 5 day cruise because I’d rather over pack than under pack.
It arrived after approximately 3 days but the courier came very early so I missed signing for it. It went to a postal pick up which was about a 20 minute drive away which was a bit inconvenient, but better than it being left and stolen.
I wanted a darker colour so when it inevitably gets a bit knocked about it the scuffs won’t show as much. It’s a lovely deep blue with a sheen.
Packing wise it fits absolutely everything you’d need for up to a 2 week holiday. I fit in several pairs of shoes, 3 books, hairdryer, accessories and lots of outfit options with room to spare. I didn’t put in my toiletries as I prefer a separate bag for them but I’d definitely still have room.
It rolls like a dream and fits neatly within the floor space of my wardrobe. The dust bag is really handy as it keeps all the dirt/dust off well. Best thing about this bag is you can put a smaller carry on or stow away case inside if you have limited storage options.

Cannot speak anymore highly of the customer service! I order my medium suitcase and was gifting a free pack of packing cubes, however the colour matched the suitcase's colour and I wanted a different colour - during the checkout process I asked for the colour I wanted and Globite was kind enough to send the colour I wanted, even though it was a free gift from them - aside from that, the delivery was very fast and the suitcase is of a very high quality (will be put to the test when I fly to the UK and back from Australia during the Christmas period)... stay tuned :)

I ordered this case after seeing one in the store at Sydney Airport. I had brought a heavy, clam-style suitcase on my trip so decided to replace it with one of the Globite suitcases, having seen that the quality and build was excellent - and so light. I was extremely impressed at the service - free delivery and super fast - and it arrived at my next destination within 2 days, meaning I could leave my old case to charity.
The case is roomy with useful separators, though I was surprised that there was only one set of elastic cargo straps on one side, but none on the other: a set each side would help when closing the case to prevent 'cargo shift'. But this is just a minor observation.
The wheels are great and the whole case moves smoothly. The 10 year guarantee is a comfort too.
In sum, I am delighted with my smart, efficient case which I shall enjoy for many journeys.
